Specifications and application

• Easy-fit jockey wheel fixing kit allows jockey wheel clamps to be fitted without drilling the drawbar
• Allows clamps to be fitted to 50x50mm and 60x60mm square section drawbars without drilling
• Suitable for light and medium duty clamps with M10 x 105-112mm holes centres
• 2 x M10 U-bolts
• 4 x M10 locking nuts and washers
• 2 x M10 spacers
• 1 x mounting plate
• If fitting to a 50mm drawbar, place 1 spacer on each u-bolt to give it a better fit
• The clamp mounting plate can now be fitted to the u-bolts. Using 1 x M10 washer and nut per thread, hand tighten the set of locking nuts located in the round holes of the mounted plate.
• Fit the clamp to the other set of threads (in the elongated holes) in the same way.
